i can’t believe i didn’t get to post yesterday!
true story- was on the phone with my Mom and then “crash, boom!“ big ol’ lighting bolt out yonder and my phone went dead.
my cable, phone and internet – all kaput for the rest of the day.
me and the husband talked for 4 hours straight, (nugget was sleeping). i talked more than him, which is normal and of course i cried once, which is my ratio: one cry per every four hours of talking. but it was a nice change of pace to sit and talk for that long, with no interruptions.
i went to Joann’s Fabrics today and bought my materials for the flag garland that i’m going to make for nugget’s birthday picnic. i love the fabric i found and i’m really excited to make it since i am not a crafty person, but aspire to be at least a sorta crafty person
