i found this today here & think it would look so pretty somewhere in my new home.
i can’t decide if i’d like it in a small room (like a coat room, i guess they call that the entrance? ) or if it would look better in my kitchen, on an accent wall.
i doubt i’ll ever have a whole room wallpapered, perhaps it is the “less is more” thing i hold to. a pattern like this is so pretty and refreshing to me when i envision it on one or two walls, but when i think of it in an entire room, i get dizzy.
anyway. this has gone down in my favorites.
i actually found a house to move into yesterday.
perfect little thing. dormers (ready for my flower boxes), huge front porch AND back porch (iced tea and a fan anyone?) , big front yard, big back yard and the inside had lots of potential. which of course means the interior is currently a drag but nothing i can’t fix.
but our house isn’t quite on the market yet so i guess i shouldn’t get too excited. what do they call that? counting chickens before they’ve hatched, wishful thinking, a waste of precious time?

What have I NOT been wanting for my house?
I want a mini a/c for the finished attic, screen doors to let this fresh spring air inside and keep the new spring bugs OUTSIDE, I want a new headboard for the guest room, new kitchen countertops, and so on and so on. Antique houses require lots of NEW to make them justso.
LOVE the wall paper. I’m a big fan of birds. They accent my house. And by accent, I really mean accent. I’m not the bird lady or anything.
