this was the early stages of my falling in love with photography. it was brought on by the combination of nugget's arrival (my muse) and my husband's spot on selection for a perfect new camera for me - sony cybershot T200. (jan 2008)
he's always been the sweetest little kisser. oh when i look at this i want to just turn back time, just to hold him again when he was that short! (jan 2008)
i called him "my little lump of clay" before i started calling him nugget. i still call him that, i don't know how it started but nicknames just stay with me. (nov 2008)

nugget’s 3rd birthday is approaching fast…
so i will be strolling down memory lane more than usual.
i can’t believe my lil’ baby is going to be three.
it feels like not so long ago that i was in excruciating (induced, drug free, over-night-no-sleep, nurse can’t find a good vein so kept sticking me, peeing on myself during contractions) labor.
and now he’s going to be three.
