my mouse for my computer is broken and my laptop is as good as a square rock with keys.
i really tried hanging on to my big dinosaur of a laptop, which i bought shortly after i got married (6 years ago), but it’s time to say goodbye.
i won’t miss it too much considering it’s been out of whack for so long, i’ve only turned it on every now and then to go through the same motions:
1) listen to all the weird revving up sounds that go on for all eternity
2) press the internet icon and stare at the sand timer for all eternity
3) watch the internet slowly come to life, one box at a time
4) press my mailbox icon
5) listen to all the weird revving up sounds that go on for all eternity
6) break 7 pencils over my knee and run off wailing to my bed with failing posture

These images are beautiful. I just got a new laptop-it makes blogging even more magical. The keys sound so pleasant as I type. I admire your loyalty, but encourage you to find a new long-time friend…they are nice and shiny and fabulous.
